On October 1 and 2, 2026 Minnesota CLE held its annual Government Law Institute, with many of the firm’s attorney sharing their knowledge and experience.  Attorney Sharda Enslin led with her presentation of the 2026 Case Law Update.  Attorneys Petra Asani and Corrine Heine collaborated to present “The Good, the Bad and the Ugly of Responding to Data Requests: Do’s, Don’ts, and Burdensome Requests.”  Finally, Shareholder Soren Mattick presented an important update on Data for Local Governments.  From new to experienced practitioners, our firm continues to lead the municipal law community.
