Sharda Enslin
Sharda Enslin is an accomplished trial attorney with nearly 20 years of litigation and advisory experience. Sharda joined Campbell Knutson in 2026 after spending a decade with the Minneapolis City Attorney’s Office, where she advised elected officials and department heads on topics such as ordinance drafting and challenges, police conduct and use of force, charges of discrimination, liability and immunity, regulatory compliance and investigations, and employment disputes. Sharda also has a broad, multifaceted municipal litigation practice in both state and federal court. Sharda has particularly comprehensive experience defending Section 1983 claims, having served as counsel for the more than two dozen separate state and federal use of force lawsuits that arose in the aftermath of the May 2020 riots in Minneapolis, obtaining favorable verdicts or settlements in many of those cases. Sharda has also defended numerous putative class action lawsuits and is one of the Twin Cities most experienced litigators on constitutional challenges to municipal homeless encampment policies.
