Police Report Requests
Requests for police reports must be made in writing and mailed to the following address:

Please include the following information on your written request:
Defendant’s Name
Arresting Agency / Police Department
Court File Number, Report Number, or Citation Number
Name, address, and telephone number of person making the request
Email address of person making the request, as discovery evidence will be uploaded to the email provided
What type of evidence you are requesting
Attorneys – please include an email address for electronic discovery
If you also wish to receive audio and/or video, you must explicitly request it.
The cost for police reports is $20.00. The cost for police reports with audio and video is $40.00. Prepayment is required. Payments must be in the form of a certified check or money order made payable to Campbell Knutson Law. We also accept checks drafted by a Law Office. Victims are not required to pay for police reports.
Your request must be received by our office at least 10 days prior to a Court Date if you want the reports for that court date. We will do our best to process all requests as efficiently as possible, but we cannot guarantee a delivery date. Please keep in mind that we handle a large volume of requests. Inquiries about the status of a request that has already been submitted may be addressed to kbookler@ck-law.com, but we do not accept discovery requests by email.
