On June 2, 2026, Shareholder Soren Mattick presented at a conference on “Buying, Selling, and Owning Lakeshore Property in Minnesota” hosted by MN CLE.  Based on his years of experience working with lake communities, Mattick presented on “Understanding Lake Improvement Districts: Governance, Regulation, and Managing Competing Interests.”
