Attorneys Corrine Heine, Soren Mattick, and Jared Shepherd will speak at the inaugural Government Law Institute sponsored by MN CLE on September 25-26, 2025. On Thursday, September 25, Corrine Heine will present at two sessions, Open Meeting Law: Nitpicks and Nuances and 2025 Update on Data Practices and a Deep Dive Into Unclear Data Provisions.  Also, on Thursday, Campbell Knutson Shareholder Soren Mattick serves on the planning committee for the Institute and will also present on The Key Provisions in a Development Agreement – Developer Attorney v. City Attorney, alongside Larkin Hoffman Attorney Megan Rogers.  Finally, on Friday, September 26, Shareholder Jared Shepherd will present 7 Mistakes that Lead Local Governments into Litigation.
