Travis partners with Campbell Knutson to provide administrative and employment investigations for employers.  Prior to working with Campbell Knutson, Travis served for over 30 years with the Minneapolis Police Department, including serving in the role of Deputy Chief of Professional Standards and Deputy Chief of Constitutional Policing.  During his time in these roles he oversaw the department’s Internal Affairs unit, along with working directly with Human Resources on employment-related issues.  Along with his employment investigative experience with the police department, Travis also served many years in various criminal investigation units with Minneapolis Police.
