David has represented government and municipal clients throughout the Twin Cities area for his entire career.  He practices in the area of eminent domain with an emphasis on acquisition of property rights on behalf of municipalities for use in public improvement projects. David has tried hundreds of cases before condemnation commissioners, judges, and juries. David also practices general municipal and governmental law, working in the areas of zoning and land use, real estate development, data practices, special assessment appeals, employment and labor law, and general litigation.  David provides litigation services for all of the firm’s municipal clients.
