Thomas
M. Scott is a shareholder in the firm of Campbell Knutson and
practices in the areas of General Municipal, Land Use, Litigation
and Real Estate.
Tom graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1974 with degrees
in Journalism and Political Science. He graduated with honors
from William Mitchell College of Law in 1978.
Tom practices in the areas of general civil litigation, municipal
law, eminent domain, zoning and land use litigation, assessment
appeals and code enforcement. Tom has defended numerous municipalities
on land use matters for the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance
Trust (LMCIT). Tom is the City Attorney for the cities of St.
Louis Park and Monticello.
